The Blue Boar Bar

Our Bar is beautiful - an open fire, friendly locals and original flagstones all add to its charm. 

It is filled with history - pictures on the wall, original documentation and memorabilia all go towards making this a really good proper bar - like they should be!

You can enjoy a refreshing pint of hand-pulled real ale in the bar, which always has 4 cask ale on ready to be pulled. The guest ales change on a regular basis.

The glass-covered well in the restaurant bar is some 35 feet deep and its pure water was once used in the brewing process. Today, the well is the home of a family of goldfish.
